Alliance Technologies, Inc is a Nevada corporation and an Affiliate Company of Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Technologies, LLC, (AM2T), a California Limited Liability Company and a Registered Foreign Entity in the State of Nevada, with existing business operations located in the City of Reno. 

Under the direction of, and in concert with, the Board of Directors and Managing Member of AM2T, Alliance Technologies Inc is designated as the Nevada entity to coordinate the efforts of AM2T's new business model to assist Nevada's small manufacturing businesses overcome specific barriers to success, accelerate their commercialization cycle and ultimately create high paying manufacturing jobs. This will be accomplished by creating an incubator facility to support the growth of advanced manufacturing technologies within AM2T's existing Reno facility.

Alliance Technologies, Inc will integrate specific technical requirements with a business model framework to create a unique Advanced Technology Interface (ATI) concept between a business' materials and manufacturing related problems and global scientific and business communities. The practical application of the concept is called the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Incubator or AMTI.  

Working closely with local Teaming Partners and Supporters, Alliance Technologies Inc will be able to combine a unique and virtually unlimited Business Resource Base (BRB) thereby enabling the formation of a highly focused framework of skilled technologists and business professionals capable of solving diverse problems in the most efficient manner.
